Student Experience

“I studied at St. Peter’s College for 5 semesters, (Feb 3, 2021-Jun 14, 2023). The faculty & staff of the Graduate studies amazed me with their kindness. They were considerate, generous in grading, approachable, and humble. Despite their busy schedules, they always offered assistance to students. I’m grateful to Dr. Fe Destura, Dr. Ian Caliba, Dr. Juliet Bolocon, Ma’am Dulce, and my thesis adviser, Dr. Omar Hussien. They helped me with my Thesis 200 and played a crucial role in completing and defending it. Their encouragement and suggestions led to my Master’s degree. Glory to God! More power SPC!.”

Community Engagement

The Graduate Studies department is actively planning to engage in community extension programs in the near future. As part of the department’s commitment to creating a positive impact beyond the academic realm, the department aims to collaborate with local communities to address their needs and contribute to their well-being.

With the guidance of the Dean, these community extension programs will provide an opportunity for the graduate students to apply their knowledge and skills in real-world settings, fostering a deeper understanding of societal challenges and enhancing their personal growth.

Linkages and Partnership

The collaboration between the Graduate Studies of St. Peter’s College and the College of Education of MSU-IIT came into fruition to promote links in teaching, research and extension and to assist each other in obtaining external funding from outside sources.

MSU-IIT- CED and SPC-SGS believe that mutual benefits can be derived by collaboration, achieving a closer relationship by linking their faculty members, staff, students, and other personnel. Both have a strong conviction that mutual understanding among people can be promoted through the establishment of academic links.
