3.1 Download the Subject Evaluation Form (SEF). Students will fill out correctly the SEF based on your Grades Printout. ANY FALSE ENTRY WILL MAKE THE ENROLLMENT VOID.
3.2 Attach the Subject Evaluation Form and your Grades Printout/TOR or Official Evaluation of Grades form the Previous School (Printout) in the File box and click Submit for evaluation and validation.
