Graduate Studies/ Second Courser

Graduate Studies/ Second Coursers are required to pay their testing fee (186php) at the Cashier’s before they can take the examination. Upon waiting for the exam result the student are asked to fill up a Student Information Sheet (SIS) Form (see GSC Form No. 01). They are to provide a 2×2 colored photo for their identification. When results are made, Endorsement Form (see GSC Form No. 07) is released, and they are to ask for their Student Number at the Registrar’s Office and to continue the Enrollment Procedure at the Registrar’s Office.

Returnee

Returnees are requested to fill up Student Information Sheet (see GSC Form No. 01) at the Guidance Office. They are to provide a 2×2 colored photo for their identification. Returnees have to use their old Student Number (I.D Number) in enrolling again. If forgotten, the student can ask the Registrar’s office for its retrieval. After filling up the form, Endorsement Form (see GSC Form No. 07) is released to continue the Enrollment Procedure at the Registrar’s Office.
