Placement Services
The Guidance Center prepares the graduating students for their transition from school to work by teaching them skills in job training through seminars and workshop and to assist students to make adequate decisions for their future profession.
Career Guidance
OBJECTIVE: To be able to assist the 4th year graduating students in planning for their future profession.
Career Guidance Orientation is conducted in the month of January. Every dean/chairman of each college/department in the school will provide a representative speaker to briefly share (for 15 minutes) to high school graduating students the nature and benefits of their profession. The representative speaker could be any person inside/outside the institution given that they have expertise in the field.
Personality Development Seminar
OBJECTIVE: To help students improve and develop a good personality by providing them important tips which they find very useful personally and in whatever career they choose to obtain in their future endeavor.
Personality Development Seminar is conducted every month of June (tentative schedule). This seminar requires all 3rd yr. college students to attend to prepare them in their On-the-Job Trainings. The following topics are to be discussed: Importance of Personal Hygiene, Etiquette and Social Graces and How to get hired in a Job. This will be a clearance item.
Pre-Employment Seminar
OBJECTIVE: To guide and equip the students with the needed skills and attitude for future employment.
Pre-Employment Seminar is conducted every March (tentative schedule). This seminar requires all college graduating student to attend to prepare them for their future careers and profession. The following topics are to be discussed: Preparation for Employment application, Work Ethics and How to gain Work Satisfaction. This will be a clearance item.
