About
The HR office plays a vital role in managing the SPC’s most valuable asset – its people – particularly, their employment cycle, from recruitment to retirement. The department also ensures that the company’s goals and objectives are met through effective talent management and employee engagement.
HR Document Request Guide

Identify the document you need
Before making a request, please identify the specific document you need. This will help us process your request more efficiently. Examples of HR-related documents include employment contracts, service records, certificate of employment, and good moral certificate.

Fill out a request form
To request a document, please fill out a request form at the HR Office. Please provide as much detail as possible, including your name, employee ID number, and the specific document you need.

Allow processing time
We aim to fulfill document requests as soon as possible, but please allow us some time to process your request. Depending on the complexity of the request, it may take three days to a week to receive the document.

Provide authorization
Some HR documents, such as employment contracts or confidential employee information, may require authorization before they can be released. If this is the case, we will contact you to obtain authorization before fulfilling the request.

Pick up or receive the document
Once the document is ready, you can pick it up at the HR Office or request it to be sent to you via email or mail. Please let us know your preferred delivery method when making your request.

Keep the document safe
Please keep the document in a safe and secure place once you receive it. Some HR documents, such as employment contracts or performance reviews, contain confidential information that should not be shared with others.
