Deadline for INC grades completion is on December 4, 2020.

Steps in completing INC grades

Step 1

Go to SPC Portal to have your INC grade/s printed.

Step 2

Go to SPC website and Fill out the Form 1A (Request for Special Exam/Completion Form).

Step 3

Then, go to the faculty directory link. Look for your Instructor’s gmail account. Copy and paste the gmail address of your Instructor in the Form 1A (Request for Special Exam/Completion Form). Send email by clicking submit button.
