The College of Business Administration successfully conducted the Thesis Proposal Defense for third-year BACC 7 students on May 16 and 17, 2024. The event was graciously hosted by the Office of Student Affairs and Services, providing a welcoming and professional environment for the presenters.
During the defense, students showcased their research proposals, demonstrating their understanding of complex business concepts and their ability to apply them to real-world scenarios. From these presentations, ten outstanding studies were selected by the advisers to present in the upcoming Institutional Colloquium on June 7, 2024.
Conducting business research and empowering student researchers are crucial aspects of the College of Business Administration as aligned in the Institution’s mission. Engaging in research allowed students to develop critical thinking skills, deepen their knowledge of business practices, and contribute innovative solutions to industry challenges. The Thesis Proposal Defense not only assessed students’ academic capabilities but also prepared them for future professional endeavors by honing their presentation and analytical skills. The college embodies its role in shaping the next generation of business leaders.
