The article titled “The Relationship and Influence Between 4p’s Subsidy and Financial Literacy Through Universal Basic Income Among the Beneficiaries of Selected Barangays in Iligan City” is authored by to Angelica T. Eleoran (BSBA-FM Alumna), Marchie C. Castillon (BSBA-FM Alumna), Razel Mae D. Manlosa (BSBA-FM Alumna), SPC-OSAS Dean Dianne Therese Marie C. Bahala, and SPC-CBA Dean Dr. Michael Jere’ D. Abiol. The two articles are published in International Journal of Multidisciplinary: Applied Business and Education Research last October 23, 2023
The College of Business Administration is published in an international peer-reviewed journal. The article titled “Perceived Credit Risk of Micro Finance Loans among Micro-Enterprises Business in Población Iligan City” is authored by Windy M. Juventud (BSBA-FM Alumna), Elery Ann O. Matigas (BSBA-FM Alumna), Jenny Himongala (BSBA-FM Alumna), SPC-HR Officer Malou R. Galla, and SPC-CBA Dean Michael Jere’ D. Abiol.
Digital investments are becoming mainstream but must be secured to avoid sudden loss. This study measures the correlation between dividend signaling and acceleration through digital assets among online jobbers in Iligan City. It has become a full-fledged investment tool, creating a new, booming market with unknown potential.
Dr. Abiol published his research paper in a peer-reviewed journal article entitled “Relationship Between Personnel Development and Organizational Learning: Mediating Effect of Career Management” in the Research Probe, Volume 3, Issue 1 June 2023.
Dr. Michael Jere’ D. Abiol and his fellow researcher presented their research titled “Examining the Impact of Career Management on the Interplay Between Faculty Development and Organizational Learning in Higher Educational Institutions.” Their paper was honored with the Best Paper Presenter Award within the Strategic Management and Entrepreneurship 2 Track, which took place at the 4th Northern Philippines Business Research Conference on February 16 and 17, 2023.

A Learning Management System (LMS) was developed using the Rapid Application Development framework to address the learning gap at St. Peter’s College. It underwent evaluation by instructors, students, and experts. The system received positive acceptance from instructors and students, while experts praised its software quality. Thus, the LMS is now ready for implementation.
They presented their groundbreaking paper entitled “Link and Multimedia Archiving” at the International Conference on Sciences, Engineering, and Emerging Technologies (ICSEET 2023), held in Jakarta, Indonesia (Online) on September 24, 2023.

With numerous research publications under her belt, Ms. Alindayo continues to shape the future of computer engineering.One of her notable research endeavors, titled “Wireless Sensor Network Development: Explosion Locator using Artificial Neural Network,” has graced the pages of prestigious research journals, including IAMURE International Journal of Mathematics, Engineering, and Technology, The Academic Society of Convergence Science, and TAF Publishing. Such technology holds significant promise in enhancing safety and security, particularly in volatile environments.Ms. Alindayo’s dedication to real-time applications of computer engineering is further exemplified in her research article, “Real-time Development of Embedded System: Targeting and Control System of Semi-Ballistic Vehicle for Rapid and Precise Search and Rescue Applications,” published in the Journal of Critical Reviews.
