The Annual Strategic Planning session at St. Peter’s College, Iligan, held on July 26, 2024, was a forward-looking event that brought together key members of the College of Business Administration (CBA) community. This dynamic gathering included the incoming Business Student Officers (BSO) for 2024-2025, esteemed CBA faculty members, staff, and alumni representatives from the classes of 2018, 2019, and 2023.
The event was also marked by the warm welcome of one of the new faculty members, Atty. Zalsos, adding fresh perspectives to the discussions.
The strategic planning session was driven by several key objectives aimed at enhancing the college’s future. The revision of the CBA Vision, Mission, and Objectives (VMO) and the educational goals for each major were thoroughly discussed to ensure they align with the evolving academic landscape. The session also focused on updating research publications and planning upcoming research activities, recognizing the importance of continuous scholarly contributions. Additionally, the development of community extension activities was highlighted, emphasizing the college’s commitment to social responsibility. Upskilling student services and recalibrating instructional methods were prioritized to enhance the learning experience, while accreditation recommendations and updates were reviewed to ensure the college meets and exceeds standards.
