Santiago formalized their partnership with a significant Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) signing at the school gym of Cabili Village Elementary School. This event marked the renewal of Brgy. Santiago as SPC-CBA’s partner in its ongoing community extension programs, reaffirming the college’s enduring commitment to social responsibility and community development under the leadership of the new Brgy Chairman Engr. Dominador Ebao.
