CCS Students Explore the Art of Filmmaking: A Film Appreciation Workshop with Tumandok Filmmakers 🎬
Yesterday, five of our talented students from the College of Computer Studies had the incredible opportunity to attend a Film Appreciation Workshop and Masterclass with the Tumandok Filmmakers, hosted at New Life Hall, Iligan City!
Organized by CCP Lakbay Sine in Iligan City and HULMA-ILIGAN CREATIVES COLLECTIVE in collaboration with the Cultural Center of the Philippines (CCP) through the CCP Kaisa sa Sining Program and supported by the Iligan City Government, this event truly brought Filipino cinema closer to our community.
Our students delved into the art and process of filmmaking, gaining hands-on experience and insights from seasoned professionals in the industry. This workshop was more than just a lesson; it was an inspiring journey into the world of Filipino film, nurturing a new appreciation and passion for the craft. Thank you to everyone who made this enriching event possible!
