St. Peter’s College, along with Iligan Medical Center College and St. Michael’s College came together for an unforgettable joint closing ceremony, honoring their students after completing the Reserve Officersโ Training Corps (ROTC) program, marking the end of the School Year 2023-2024.
๐๐ผ. ๐ก๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ฐ๐ฒ๐ฎ ๐. ๐๐พ๐ท๐ธ๐ท๐ฐ๐ซ๐ช๐๐ช๐ท, the Vice President for Administration and Registrar of St. Peterโs College, graced the occasion as the Guest of Honor and Speaker, emphasizing the importance of leadership and service in today’s society. The ceremony was further enriched by the presence of LTC Monree M. Orlain GSE (CE) PA, the Battalion Executive Officer of 503rd Combat Engineer Battalion, who oversaw the solemn turnover of cadets into the reserve force. Another key figure in facilitating this transition was 2LT Albert S. Calumpang INF PA (RES), the Coordinator of the IMCC ROTC Unit, whose dedication and guidance were instrumental in shaping the future leaders of tomorrow. All three personalities honored the commitment and dedication of the cadets and cadettes, ensuring a seamless transition into their roles as part of the reserve force.
The joint ROTC closing ceremony hosted by St. Peter’s College at its covered court last May 11, 2024 was a testament to the hostโs spirit of unity and collaboration with the two other mentioned higher education institutions.
